- Built 120+ seat contact center: infrastructure management and operations of data and voice over IP or VOIP
- Development and Operations Training: MELLICK Enterprise Manager 2006.07 - June 2006. I migrated and led user adoption of their agent platform from Windows to web-based for scalability to run the BPO operation in multiple callcenters in the Philippines
- Developed the automated PDFs of the SOUL Mobile and PYNK Mobile Welcome Packs
- Leads Management Module. Sampling, scrubbing, loading in dialers, assuring quality, managing MP3 recordings
