- Deployed timekeeping devices: Company ID design, production, system acquisition, payroll system (June 2000).
- PABX replacement and upgrade (August 2000) of Siemens Hicom 300E equipment.
- Remote warehouse connectivity (August 2000). Printing invoices and barcodes for effective logistics management.
- Cebu office LAN setup (January) and WAN connectivity (July 2000).
- Statement of Account Report. SOA is a list of the outstanding invoices of our customers. This report is submitted by our Credit Controllers to our customers so that they can be aware of their current account balances to our company
- Collection Targets Report. To improve the collection processes of Tech Pacific’s Credit & Collection Department by assisting in prioritizing which clients have overdue payments
- Inventory Stock Ageing Report. To improve the processes of the Marketing Department by tabulating product inventory. It also helped them in measuring how many products should be stocked according to the frequency of orders made.
- Y2K Compliance Campaign. Facilitated certification of all server systems, software and equipment
